Notice is hereby given that during the Regular Meeting on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, at 7:00 P.M, at Lombard Village Hall, 255 E. Wilson Avenue, Lombard, IL 60148, a Public Hearing will be held on the 2023 District Budget and Appropriation Ordinance and that final action on said Ordinance will be taken by the Board of Trustees at a meeting immediately following the Public Hearing. Copies of the proposed Budget and Appropriation Ordinance have been available for public inspection at Tressler LLP, 550 E. Boughton Road, Suite 250, Bolingbrook, Illinois 60440 or by calling (630) 759-0800, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays, prior to the Public Hearing.

Notice of Proposed Property Tax Increase for Glenbard Fire Protection District
I. A public hearing to approve a proposed property tax levy increase for Glenbard Fire Protection District for 2023 will be held on October 24, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at 255 E Wilson Ave, Lombard, IL 60148.

II. The corporate and special purpose property taxes extended for 2022 were $451,272.40.
The proposed corporate and special purpose property taxes to be levied for 2023 are $485,731.02. This represents a 7.63% increase over the previous year.
III. The property taxes extended for debt service and public building commission leases for 2023 were $0.
The estimated property taxes to be levied for debt service and public building commission leases for 2032 are $0. This represents a 0% over the previous year.
IV. The total property taxes extended or abated for 2023 were $451,272.40.
The estimated total property taxes to be levied for 2023 are $485,731.02. This represents 7.63% over the previous year.
